I led the migration from Colyseus to PubNub P2P when the system hit scale limits, reducing latency by 50% and unlocking horizontal scalability.
I also built the Home Feed system and an AI-powered insights platform that generates weekly summaries for parents using LLMs with an async, cost-efficient pipeline.

Circle Multiplayer Platform — Real-time Gaming Backend
Owned platform serving 6,000 daily games with 315ms P95 latency, 500 RPS and 100% uptime over 16 months. Architected migration from Colyseus server auth model to event driven PubNub P2P, reducing latency 50% and enabling unbounded scaling. Platform Engineering
Migrated 20K users and 15 APIs to Leap platform with zero downtime. Shipped 7 major features in 6 months: Event based Home Feed System, Multi-provider auth, Parent Led Admissions, Parent UX redesign, Circle games integration into the demo classes etc., Built School Math DSL enabling 8× content creation efficiency (2 hrs → 15 mins) saving 160+ hours monthly.
AI-Powered Parent Insights
Built AI system generating weekly summaries (strengths, weaknesses, tips) using LLMs on multi-domain workout data. Designed multi-tier pipeline (weekly → monthly → quarterly) using prompt chaining and historical context. Implemented async architecture (cron + PostgreSQL), decoupling AI generation from request path → sub-50ms API latency. Integrated GPT-4o-mini/4o with structured outputs, ensuring auditability and ~$80/month cost at 100K users. Leveraged Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Git worktrees with research → plan → implement workflow to accelerate development.
